Here's what to expect when we team up

Complimentary phone call
In person meeting to review the scope of the project
For remodels and additions, we prepare AutoCAD files for as is plans and create new floor plans.
For new build, we request drawing files from the architect and rework any troubling areas.
Meet to review preliminary design concept, floor plans, perspective or elevation drawings and discuss changes.
Detailed drawings are provided including elevations, cabinetry design, reflected ceiling plan (lighting and electrical design).
Meet to review specific material selections for the interior finishes. Here is where we really start to see the full picture of the design come together!
Once all interior finishes have been selected and approved, detailed construction documents & drawings are provided that will be used by your contractor to bring the design to life.

We are committed to being available throughout the construction process. We want to make sure your project is flawless!

New Clients

Free phone consultation
Initial in person consultation fee $175. This fee will be credited toward design estimate if client moves forward with the project. In this meeting we will discuss the project and client wish list and start formulating the concept of the design. We will also take any necessary measurements needed. A design estimate will then be sent for approval before moving forward.
Minimum project fee of $500
A travel fee for areas located outside Chico will apply
